Conducted With the Unhurried Thoroughness the Matter Requires

Written at Every Stage

Every finding, every decision, and every outcome is presented to you in a clear written document before any action is taken on your behalf.

Year-by-Year Precision

Pension records are reviewed entry by entry, not in summary. Discrepancies that a broad review would miss are identified and documented.

You Retain the Strategy

Each decision that affects how your matter proceeds is referred to you before it is taken. Your instructions guide the process at every step.

Pension Authority Experience

Our advocates understand how Thailand's pension authority examines submissions and structure correspondence accordingly, using the administrative channels that produce results.

A Document You May Keep

Every audit and report is formatted as a proper ledger document — something a client can file, share with family, or present independently if needed.

Calm, Considered Pace

Pension matters are not handled under pressure from us. We take the time the work requires, and we do not proceed with any step until the client has had the opportunity to read and consider.

Is Your Pension Calculation Accurate?

The first step is an independent review. Niran Advocates will examine your contribution record carefully and report to you in writing on what the figures show.

Questions About the Process

What is included in the Pension Calculation Audit? +

The audit covers every year of your contribution record. We compare the official pension figure against your employment records year by year and produce a written reconciliation document that sets out any differences clearly. This document is shared with you for review before it is used as the basis of any correspondence with the pension authority.

What documents will I need to provide? +

Typically, employment records covering the relevant years, the pension calculation notice from the authority, and any prior correspondence you have had with the pension office. We will provide a written list of what is needed once we understand the scope of your matter.

How long does the process typically take? +

An audit generally takes three to four weeks from receipt of complete documents. Back-payment recovery depends on how the authority responds — the administrative process commonly runs two to four months. Comprehensive restoration matters involving hearings may extend longer, and we will provide an honest written estimate once your specific circumstances are understood.

Are the service fees fixed or are there additional charges? +

The fees listed cover the defined scope of each service. If your matter requires work outside the standard scope — for example, additional hearings or extended correspondence — we will put any additional cost to you in writing and wait for your instruction before proceeding.

How is my personal information handled? +

All documents and personal data provided to Niran Advocates are treated as confidential within the scope of our legal practice. Information is not shared with any third party beyond the pension authority and other bodies directly concerned in your matter without your written consent.

What if the pension authority only partly accepts the claim? +

We will set out the implications of a partial acceptance in writing, explaining what has been conceded and what remains in dispute. The decision of whether to pursue the outstanding balance rests entirely with you, and we will advise calmly on the realistic options before any further step is taken.
